Hsinchu 17km Coastline Scenic Area(十七公里海岸線)

  Hsinchu 17km Coastline Scenic Area(十七公里海岸線) is a world class tourism destination 5 new bridges are constructed along the coastline to link up scenic spots. It is not far from where I live in the north of Taiwan.

It is lovely sunny. We start at Nanliao Harbor. We rode tandems in bicycle lane along the coast. There are fantastic views across the sea in all directions. You can see the blue water, hear the waves crash, feel the sea wind breeze. We enjoy the peace. We ate lunch at stops and then continued going .We went down another several kilometers until we reach Mangrove Park, which is a unique tidal habitat and home to a great diversity of wildlife . There are great swamp views, sand-carving area, rock climbing area and bird watching trails. Along the trails you will also find sculptures and bulletin boards giving detailed information about the park and beautiful paintings of murals on the coastal embankments. The final end is Nangang Bird Watching Area, which is a small yet beautiful ecological site .Throughout the year,a great range of migratory birds are seen here.
